Journal of Social Economy Law is devoted to publish high quaity research papers on law and policies on the social economy. The social economy is a worldwide phenomenon which is defined and regulated in varius ways in national law and Euroepan Union law. However, common fundamental principles and values can be recognised in the sphere of the social economy. Also, relation between the concepts of te social economy and the social enterpirse can vary accordingly to national law and policies.Journal of Social Economy is meant to contribute in the evolution and recognition of the social economy and social enterprises.
